COVID-19 PROCEDURES TO PROTECT CLIENTS AND STAFF

Dear Trendz Salon Clients,

We are so appreciative of all the love and support we’ve received from you during this difficult time. We are reaching out to keep you as informed as possible as to the status of our reopening and the safety protocols we are working on, to ensure the health and safety of our clients and staff.

 

Governor Murphy announced today, that as of June 22, 2020, hair salons in New Jersey will be allowed to re-open as part of Phase 2! This is wonderful news! We look forward to welcoming everyone back to Trendz Salon, and we will be accepting appointments to begin on Monday June 22nd.

 

Prior To Arriving:

 

Arrival:
In accordance to social distancing guidelines and for your safety as well as our staff, we will be using UBMe app to safely communicate with you as you arrive for your appointment and are waiting outside. Please follow the following steps upon arrival for your appointment prior to coming inside:

 

1) Check-in using the free UBMe app (please download ahead of time)
2) After you check-in, you will than have the option to privately message us using the UBMe app and let us know you are outside.

 

 

*Please note, the UBMe app will only let you check-in when you are physically outside in the parking lot.
This will allows us to know you just arrived and be able to communicate with you to let you know when it’s safe for you to come inside as well as being able to provide real-time updates for you. Previously Scheduled Appointments:
If you had a previously scheduled appointment that was cancelled due to COVID-19, our receptionists will be contacting you to reschedule your services. Also, please feel free to visit our website www.trendzsalon.com to schedule your appointment online for a date starting June 22nd or after. In addition, for limited hours beginning next week, our receptionists will be available to answer your phone calls and to schedule appointments.

 

Within the next few days, the State of New Jersey will be releasing mandated guidelines and suggested safety measures, which could impact our salon capacity and limit the services we will be allowed to provide. We expect these to be substantial, based on the severe impact COVID-19 has had on our state. Trendz Salon will be in full compliance and implement all protocols, as safety is our top priority. However, it is possible that our staff’s schedules and availability may be reduced or limited. We have decided that, until further notice, we will NOT be offering blowouts as part of any service provided. We understand how incredibly important a finished style is to all our guests, and we do not make this decision lightly. However, we feel it is the best policy for everyone, for the immediate future.

 

 

We continue to ask for your patience and grace while we navigate through the rescheduling process. Our goal is to provide a salon experience that is safe, comfortable and welcoming. We will be communicating with you regularly with updates in the coming weeks and sharing with you how we plan to reopen better and stronger than ever before!
