Salon Policies

Arrival Time: Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment as this time is used to prepare for your service.

Cancellation Policy: If you must cancel, please give us 24 hours notice. We will charge full price for repeated cancellations. Bridal party's, outside the salon, must be reserved with a credit card. These appointments require two weeks notice for cancellation, failure to do so will result in a 50% charge of all services to your credit card.

Hair Extensions 50% deposit is not refundable and will be subject to $500.00 fee for re-schedule application appointment.

Returned Checks: The fee for any returned check is $40.00

Gratuities: Gratuities are not included in the price of any service, package, or gift cards. For those wishing to show appreciation for a job well done or a service enjoyed, gratuity envelopes are available in the front desk. The industry average is from 15-20% of the service.

Products Returns: We will give credit toward another product on all returns that have not been used or are damaged from the manufacture. No return will be allowed for used products, products purchase over 3 months, or that are gift from our benefits baskets or any other promotions.

Gratuities are not permitted on credit cards.

ATM machine is in the reception area for your convenience.

A 4% convenience service fee on all credit card transactions.
